How do I pair my child's Apple Watch?
Sign in to Rally on the web, open your family page, select your child, and tap “Generate Watch Code.” A 6-digit code will appear. Open the Rally app on your child's Apple Watch and enter the code on the number pad.
Does Rally work without an iPhone?
Yes. The Rally Watch app is fully independent. It can work on an Apple Watch set up using Apple's Family Setup.
Why aren't my child's points updating?
Some challenges require parent approval before points are awarded. Open the "Approvals" page on the web to review and approve pending check-ins. After approval, the Apple Watch app with refresh with the updated points total.
How do I unpair or sign out on the Watch?
On the challenge list screen, tap the gear icon in the top-right corner. Then tap "Log Out". This clears the pairing token from the Watch and returns you to the pairing screen.
My pairing code isn't working.
Codes are single-use and expire when a new one is generated. If your code isn't working, generate a fresh one from your child's profile on the web and try again.
