Privacy Policy

Last modified on July 14, 2026.

Rally is the operating system for intentional parenting, helping families turn core values, parenting priorities, and goals into clear plans, shared accountability, and consistent action. Protecting the trust families place in us matters just as much to Rally as it does to you, and this Policy outlines how we collect, use, disclose, transfer, store, and protect the personal information that flows through our products and services, along with the choices you have regarding it.

Throughout this Policy, references to Rally, we, our, and us mean Rally, Inc.’s websites (collectively, the “Websites”), mobile apps, Help Center, and other associated services we provide (collectively, the “Services”).

Please read this Privacy Policy before you access or use our Products and/or Services, so you understand how we collect, store, use, and disclose your personal information.

1. The Information Rally Collects

The information Rally collects depends on what Rally Products or Services you use and how you use them.

1.1 Information You Give Us

Creating or updating an account, purchasing or activating a Product, reaching out to us (whether through social media or our Help Center), taking part in a survey, or otherwise interacting with Rally’s Products and Services can all lead us to collect information from you, including:

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

We and our service providers may collect other information when you use our Products and Services, such as:

1.3 Messages and Shared Content

We collect information when you message other members of your Team through the use of our Services, and any photos or videos you send via the app to other members of your Team. With your permission, we may also access your photo or camera roll on your mobile device.

1.4 Information From Other Sources

We may receive information about you from other sources. If you connect another account to your Rally account, or sign in to your account using a third-party sign-in service, we receive information from the companies providing you these services. For example, we may receive transaction data when you link your accounts through our business partner to enable our subscription tracker feature.

1.5 Inferences We Draw

We may also derive information or draw inferences based on the other information we collect. For example, we may predict that you would be interested in certain offerings or send you certain reminders based on how you have previously interacted with our Services or your typical movement patterns.

2. Children and Teens on Rally

Rally takes extra care to safeguard the privacy of our youngest members. Our Services are meant to be used by younger members only with meaningful parental or guardian involvement and with approval where the law requires it. Rally does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or under the minimum age requiring parental consent in each jurisdiction where our Services are offered (“Child” or “Children”) without obtaining the consent of a parent or guardian as required under applicable law.

If Rally learns that we have inadvertently collected personal information of a child without parental consent as required by law, we will take appropriate steps to delete this information. If you are a parent or guardian and discover that your child has a registered account with our Services or is using our Products without your consent, please alert us immediately by emailing support@rallyfamily.app.

2.1 Adding a Child’s Profile

If a parent wishes to add a member who is a Child to our Services, we request the parent or guardian provide consent as required by applicable law. The Child will then be able to participate in most aspects of Rally Services. In some instances, our Products are intended to be used by Children. By providing the Products to a Child, you represent and warrant to Rally that you consent to such Child’s use of our Products and Services and further consent as a parent to enable and permit Rally’s collection and use of the information from the Products and Services used by the Child as stated in this Privacy Policy and the Terms of Service.

2.2 What We Collect About Children and Teens

We take special precautions to collect only as much information as is reasonably necessary for Children and teens to use our Products and Services. We retain personal information of Children and Teens for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our Products and Services.

2.3 Sharing a Child’s or Teen’s Information

Rally may disclose the personal information of Children and Teens to our service providers and our business partners that offer integrated services as described in this Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell personal information of members we know to be under 18. Profile information of Children and Teens using the Service may be shared with other members of any Team they join, and Children and Teens may exchange messages with those Team members. You are responsible for monitoring your Child or Teen’s account activity through our Products and Services and for blocking or permitting location-sharing features.

2.4 Parental Controls and Requests

A parent or legal guardian may have a right to request to review or have deleted their Child’s personal information and may withdraw consent for our Products and Services to collect any further personal information from their Child. Please contact us at support@rallyfamily.app to request to review and/or delete any personal information we may have collected from your Child, or to withdraw permission for Rally to collect any additional information from your Child. We will require the parent or guardian to provide us with sufficient identification before providing access to such personal information, or acting upon such request.

These social features are operated solely by the respective Social Networks and their service providers, and we recommend that you carefully read their privacy policies before you decide to use them. We have no control over or access to the information collected, stored, or used by such Social Networks, and the information practices of such Social Networks are not covered by this Privacy Policy.

3.5 Advertising

We work with outside partners to provide analytics, serve advertisements, and carry out related activities within our Services, and to promote our Products and Services on sites and services we do not operate. To do this, we use the information we collect about you and your activity on our Services, sometimes combined with other information we receive from third parties. We also disclose certain information, such as device and advertising identifiers and activity information collected through Tracking Technologies and a hashed version of your email, to advertising partners to select relevant ads to show you on our Services, to deliver advertising targeted to you on other companies’ sites or mobile apps, and to understand the effectiveness of advertising. You have control over our use and disclosure of your personal information for targeted advertising purposes, which you may exercise by going to the “Your Privacy Choices” link available in the Privacy section of our settings menu in the mobile app or, with regard to our websites, going to the “Your Privacy Choices” link available in the footer of the website.

4.5 Partners’ Independent Marketing

In addition to disclosures of certain personal information for Rally’s advertising purposes described above and where permitted by applicable law, we also disclose certain information, about your use of our Services to select business partners for their own uses, including to combine with other information to derive insights and analytics and use for their own monetization purposes. We do not make available your contact information (e.g. your name, email, phone number) for such purposes (but may share hashed versions of them with our partners), unless you have asked us to share with the business partner through our app. You can exercise your preferences regarding these disclosures by navigating to “Your Privacy Choices” in the Privacy section of the “Settings” page. Note: Partners listed under “Trusted Partners” have different roles in supporting Rally features and services. Where a partner uses Rally data for its own monetization purposes, you can control that use through “Your Privacy Choices.” You may also control such use by disconnecting the applicable partner data feed through “Trusted Partners,” though doing so may disable useful product features.

Where permitted by applicable law and consistent with your account settings, Rally provides certain business partners the right to commercialize aggregated and de-identified data. You may opt out of the processing of your data for those purposes by deselecting the “Your Privacy Choices” toggle within your app account settings.

6. Protecting Your Information

Keeping your information secure is a priority for Rally. Below, we outline the steps we take to protect your personal information.

6.1 Security Practices

We have implemented appropriate standards to reduce the risk of unauthorized or unlawful access of your personal information. No security system is impenetrable, and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of our systems and your information.

We will never send you unsolicited messages or contact you by phone to request sensitive information, such as your account ID, password, payment, or national ID numbers. Please note that the e-mails and other communications you send to us are not encrypted, and we strongly advise you not to share any sensitive information through these means.

If any information under our control is compromised as a result of a breach of security, we will take reasonable steps to investigate the situation and, where appropriate, notify any impacted individuals and take steps in accordance with any applicable laws and regulations.

6.2 Your Password and Email

You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your password and ensuring the email address associated with your account(s) is accurate. We use your email address to contact you about service updates, changes to our policies, and account activities such as requests for your information. We recommend using a strong password unique to this service. If you believe your account has been compromised, change your password immediately via the applicable app or website.

Rally is not responsible for information or data transmitted to a third party as a result of a member providing an incorrect phone number or email address.

6.3 Fraud Prevention

To prevent the misuse of our Services by bots or other nefarious means, we use anti-bot services to ensure the integrity of our service. We use Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., on our website and apps to check whether an action was performed by a human or by an automated program. To do this, Turnstile analyzes the behavior of the website or app visitor based on various characteristics (e.g. IP address, how long the visitor has been on the website or app, or mouse movements made by the member). This analysis starts automatically as soon as the website or mobile app visitor enters a part of the website or app with Turnstile enabled, and Turnstile may take place completely in the background in “invisible mode.” The information collected through Turnstile is shared with Cloudflare, which processes the information on our behalf. For more information, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.

6.4 How Long We Keep Information

Rally retains the information we receive as described in this Privacy Policy for as long as you use our Products or Services or as otherwise necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, to resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business interests, enforce our agreements, and to comply with applicable laws. The purposes for which we process information may dictate different retention periods for the same types of information.
